The apartment has recently been tastefully re-decorated and equipped to a high standard. Full gas–fired central heating ensures a cosy atmosphere for all year round use.

Please note that Seventeen Two is a non-smoking apartment.
Parking – Immediately outside the flat is a residents’ parking zone. Visitors may park further up the road, metered parking Mon-Fri Zone 7 and Zone S1, free at evenings/weekends.
Edinburgh is a very compact city centre and we recommend that visitors leave the car at home and travel here by train or plane.
